Personal use only. The platform is intended for individual, non-commercial use. Each subscription is for one user.
No credential sharing. Sharing your login credentials (email and password) with others is strictly prohibited. Your account is personal and must not be used by anyone else.
Academic integrity. You must follow academic integrity principles. The materials are for learning support only; they must not be used to gain unfair advantage in assessments or exams.
Account security. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us.
One-time payments. All payments are one-time. We do not offer recurring subscriptions that renew automatically.
No auto-renewal. Plans do not automatically renew. When your plan expires, you will need to purchase a new plan if you wish to continue using the service.
No refunds after use. Once you have started using the service (e.g. accessed materials or activated a plan), payments are non-refundable. Refund requests before any use may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment methods. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Service availability. We strive to keep the platform available, but we are not responsible for interruptions due to internet outages, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Right to change rules. IBMath reserves the right to change these rules at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
No warranty. The platform and materials are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
No copying or distribution. Copying, downloading, distributing, or sharing platform content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, and exercises) outside the platform is prohibited.
No reselling. Reselling access to the platform, sharing accounts, or offering the materials through any other channel is not allowed.
Consequences of violation. Violating these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund.
Ownership. All content on the platform is owned by IBMath or its licensors. You receive only a limited right to access and use it in accordance with these rules.
IBMath reserves the right to change these rules at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email (to the address associated with your account). The updated rules will apply from the date they are published on the platform. We recommend that you review this page periodically.
If you do not agree with the updated rules, you may stop using the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the new rules.
